Moonstone is composed of two feldspar minerals, orthoclase and albite, in alternating layers. When light falls between these layers, it scatters to produce the phenomenon called adularescence, a glowing light that billows across a moonstone’s surface.

Said to vibrate with feminine energy, moonstone has long been used as a traveler’s stone, providing protection and heightened intuition. The cat’s eye promotes clarity and inner vision.

Stone measures 6mm x 8mm.
