SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. For U.S. orders, we ship using 1-3 day USPS priority mail and offer overnight service with UPS if needed. For the rest of the world, we offer 10-day UPS or 5-day Fed Ex options at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. A signature is required for all orders—this enables us to ensure the package is fully insured.

Our one-of-a-kind pieces ship immediately (unless you request a resize). All made-to-order pieces will ship within 4 weeks, although we usually aim for 2 weeks.

Please note, we are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional customs taxes that may be charged after the sale.

 

RETURNS

Olivia Kane accepts returns of unworn items for store credit only.  If you would like to make a return, you will have 7 days to email hello@oliviakane.co. Once your return is processed you will receive a store credit code.

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours for a full refund. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, you will receive a full store credit.

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale.

Please note, Olivia Kane covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the first six month after purchase. However, if the ring is noticeably bent, shows improper care, or is damaged in any other way, we will repair the ring at cost. After the first six months, Olivia Kane will perform repairs for a fee. If any jeweler other than Olivia Kane makes alterations or repairs to your jewelry, the Olivia Kane warranty will be voided. Please see our care instructions here.
